What do I have to do to become a UPS truck driver?

I am only 16, and I am aware you have to be older, but I'm going to college and all of that, but when im done i would like to become a UPS driver. I was wondering what I would have to do to accomplish this... thanks!

You would probably need a Commercial Drivers LIcense (CDL). So apply to UPS for any kind of job, and then once your in, express a desire to be a driver and they will probably pay for the training to get the CDL.

You have to put in at least 8-9 years working for UPS before they will even let you drive. People you see driving are those who have done jut that. They let people drive based on seniority not on merits and such. So if you wanted to drive you should start by being a part time package handler or such, they do give you... More
