Going to an interview at Payless Shoes. Can anyone help this first time job seeker what to say and expect?

Like what to say if they ask me why i wanna work at payless or what if they ask me where do i see myself at payless in five years. please help!! give me some tips

Jobs like Payless usually don't ask you where you see yourself at Payless in 5 years, so I wouldn't worry about that. Jobs like that aren't looking for loyal employees who are looking to climb the ladder, they're just looking for labor to tend to the store/customers... More

I'd be honest with where you see yourself in 5 years. Tell them if you're planning on going to college etc. Why you want the job, would be basically that. Maybe you want to start earning money for college, or for a car.

they will probably ask you why you have applied to work at payless shoes (your love of shoes lol?), what your strengths and weaknesses are, are you good with customers/do you like to work with people, what you will bring to the company, what your availability is, how much you expect to be paid... First of all look professional, neat and clean smelling. I don't care what kind of work it is, look the best you can. Wear a crisp jacket with matching pants,etc. White or blue dress shirt or blouse.
