How to balance work and coaching?

As a recent college graduate, I'm simultaneously looking for a job yet I really want to help out at a local school coaching volleyball, because, well, volleyball is my passion :P However, I feel like it's a hard, borderline impossible, task because practices are usually held right after school (around 3) but workdays end at 5. What I don't get is how my coaches, when I was in in high school, were able to do it. Please help! I really want to do both... is the only option to find a part-time job? I am primarily looking for a full-time job...

Some marketing people work on their 6-3 schedule when they deal with East coast clients. Part-time job, freelance, consulting, 3-shift manufacturing could also work out... More

You could do it if you got a job teaching at the school where you will be coaching.
