First you need to get a cleaning (deep cleaning its called Scaling and Root planning) after that you need to get perio maintenance. Its not a good sign for you to bleed every time you brush that means your gums are not healthy. You also need to brush every night that is the most important time of the day to brush... More

Use the softest toothbrush there is and Sensodyne toothpaste. You should also go to the dentist to make sure that you are not suffering from some sort of gum disease.

Ok so this happened to me for a bit. Don't brush so hard number one, and number two - when you're in the shower, let the water hit your gums directly. It'll massage your gums and they won't bleed when you brush your teeth afterwards.

You need to visit the dentist. Also you need to ensure that your diet includes lots of fruits, inclusive of citrus fruits, vegetables, inclusive of green leafy vegetables and raw vegetables, nuts, and grains. These are necessary to provide nutrients that are important for the health of your teeth and gum.

that's normal, mine bleed too. i think it's just cuz you have sensative gums.. try brushing your gums harder and more often to toughen them up and eventually, they will stop.

You need to see your dentist. It sounds like you have gum disease. You'll need to see a periodontist if that's the case. Bleeding gums is not "normal". It's a sign of unhealthy gums and teeth. Good luck to you.

strengthen your gums by flossing every night. make an appointment with a dental hygienist; they can show you the right way to floss, brush and take care of your teeth and gums better.

If you have not been flossing regularly, it is probably a good idea to start doing so. At first, your gums will probably bleed when you floss, but eventually they should become accustomed to the stimulation so that you can brush and floss your teeth without your gums bleeding. An oral irrigator, such as Water-Pik(R... More

This happened to me. Since I used to have braces and I didn't brush very well at first. When I started flossing, my gums would bleed. And my gums appeared to be swollen. But after a while it stopped. And make sure to brush very lightly. Also, you should buy something called a Water Pik. It sprays water in your mouth... More

You need to start flossing! Mine used to do that, and when I started flossing everynight they stopped.
