	How can the community organizer "picnic planner" have more experience than Sarah Palin? She has kicked out corrupt people in her own party. She has given oil revenues of $1,000 a year back to each citizen of Alaska. She is strong on domestic drilling to lower gas prices. Ooh...a thousand dollars a year when oil execs are raking in billions. Give me a break. Before that, Palin was a mayor of a small town and before that a sports reporter with a B.A. from Idaho. Barack Obama on the other hand... Graduated magna cm laude from Columbia, the NYC university of the Ivy League, with a degree in international relations. After that he went back to Chicago to work at the grassroots level to empower neighbors to fight crime, poverty, and AIDS in their own communities rather than having a bunch of suburban white people come in and tell them what they should do. Then he went to Harvard Law School, graduated top of his class, and his classmates selected him as their better to be editor of the Harvard Law Review, a position many of them likely wanted for themselves but in the end admitted Obama was better. A degree from Harvard Law is a ticket to ANYWHERE -- Washington politics, lobbying, consulting, corporations, big law firms, the judiciary -- ANYTHING. Obama CHOSE to go back to Chicago once again and change the world he knew for little or know pay. To make technology available in the slums of south Chicago and help people there learn skills in IT to EARN better paying jobs. To set up neighborhood watch and antigang programs so residents could police their own neighborhoods and work with the police to fight crime. To create educational funds so more south Chicago kids could attend college. To create safer schools and after school programs. While Sarah Palin was cheering at hockey games and eating moose burgers, Obama was giving his time and giving up millions of dollars and worldly wealth to make his world better. When he became a U.S. Senator, Obama served on the foreign relations committee. He introduced bills to help citizens all across America who were losing their homes due to predatory lenders. He fought corruption on a NATIONAL level. He worked to find a solution to the Iraq war. Sarah Palin's donation to the Iraq war is sending her son over there -- and I thank Track Palin for his service to our country -- but d*n. I can't fathom how anyone could think the governor of America's least populated state for a little over a year could have more experience than Barack Obama who's been making the world a better place for twenty years. I think "picnic planner" is a bit harsh for somebody who empowered inner city citizens to rise above their situation. That said, I'm still undecided about who to vote for. I see McCain and Obama virtually the same in that they both chose paths of public service and then turned into something more self-serving. McCain is a true politician, where Obama has rock star syndrome, and simply loves to talk and hear the applause. I think Palin brings a fresh unpolitical face into the mix that should rejuvenate and energize the GOP base. In this crapper of an economy, I simply can't imagine how she could maintain an 80?pproval rating in the highest cost-of-living state in the US and maintain a budget surplus all along, all while her citizens provide more oil than any other state, and yet pay $5-$10 at the pump... that must be absolutely irritating to Alaskans, and yet, they are decidedly happy with the job she's doing. I'm willing to give Obama a chance at the change he proposes, but I really don't see his path to getting there... in his speech last week, I heard very little about how he'll tackle the deficit. I saw revenues decrease (tax cuts to 95?f Americans) and expenses increase (universal health care.) He did say he would tax corporations harder, and yet he expects them to open up tens of millions of new jobs while taking away their monetary resources to do so. I'm more encourage to think that Palin could do a better job with our economy since she understands energy issues more intimately than anyone, and since she has been able to keep AK strong in this economy. 	How do I get a job with Dodgy work history and no experience? Basically- no degree, although I have tried completing one in the past and stopped because of physical and mental health issues which were overwhelming to deal with along with going to classes full time. I'm not stupid and I am quite articulate. I am 23 and have only worked for about two years retail in high school and stopped working to go to university. I worked a few months in 2010 retail after I dropped out but it was only a seasonal position, and the only reason why I have not been able to constantly work is because of mental health issues. I had also tried going back to community college during my free time since i left university in 2008/9 and I had panic attacks while in community college, which made my anxiety worse from then on. Well recently I met a good doctor and he prescribed me some meds that are stabilizing my moods and I feel the best I've felt in years, and I'm ready to work. Thing is, I don't know how to get a job now since I've spent literally years being depressed and anxious doing nothing. I don't really have anything to put on my resume, and I never finished my AA degree either. All I've done is cashiering and although I do the job well and I get promoted easily when I do these jobs because I'm a hard worker and I try to go above and beyond what they ask of me,which is the attitude I have no matter what kind of work I'm doing as long as I'm getting paid. But I hate cashiering because it's too easy and I want a job that is more interesting. Any suggestions for me on how to get a job that is NOT Retail with the type of background I have right now? 	Why honesty, hard work and dedication have no place at work? Recently I have overlooked for a project at work and I am unable to accept it why? 	What to wear to a job interview VS a career fair? So I have a nice white button up shirt, business skirt and pants, and a suit jacket.
