Well, actually there's no specific best class for MS....If there's best class, ppl juz choose that class and not playin other classes...There r some pro and cons for each class:
Warrior: (general)
-highest weapon att and weapon def
-lowest mp, highest hp
-limited to melee att (close combat) and thats why they hav highest hp
**fighter/crusader/hero: use sword/axe, can raise att by rage, can use shield if u use 1 handed sword/axe
**page/white knight/paladin: use sword/mace, at white knight stage ur skill deal wit elemental att (ice, fire, lighting, holy), no party skill till 4th job, can use shield if u use 1 handed sword/mace
**spearman/dragon knight/dark knight: use spear/pole arm, most demanded in party since they hav hyper body that increase hp and mp so ur chance of dying decrease, cant use shield since spear/pole arm always 2 handed, sacrifice hp for higher damage (dragon roar, dragon blood)
Bowman: (general)
-decent hp and mp
-range of att: medium to long (if too close, u'll swing your bow)
-can raise weapon att and critical hit at 4th job
-no party skill till 4th job
-awesome and various mob skill (arrow rain, inferno, blizzard)
**hunter/ranger/bow master: faster than xbow but lower power, has ability to stun enemy at early lvl, become faster than sin at 4th job (hurricane/arrow storm)
**xbow/sniper/marksman: slower than bowmen but higher power, can freeze enemy at 3rd job, can do 1 hit KO monster at 4th job evry 15 sec if skill max (dont work on boss i guess)
Magician: (general)
-lowest hp, highest mp
-most likely to die in 1 hit (due to low hp) if u forgot to activate magic guard (on high lvl monster) or if your mp down to 2 digits, u better use mp pots in hurry
-sacrifice some mp to take hit from monster (magic guard)
-range of att: short to medium
**fire poison: highest magic att among all mage, bad mob skill wit poison (posion leave monster hp to 1, doesnt kill monster), lots of training places (el nath especially)
**ice lit: lower magic att than fire, good but weak mob skill wit thunderbolt, least training places, but generally they lvl up faster coz of mob skill
**cleric/priest/bishop: lowest magic att among all mages, use holy and heal magic, main att (shining ray) is a mob skill too, dont need hp pot since they can heal themselves, most demanded in party due to heal and bless, richest class in game (though all mages basically richer than any other classes), most skill is for party
Thief: (general)
-decent hp and mp
-most expensive class in game
-range of att: sin=>medium to long (if too short, u gotta do jump shoot)
dit=>short like warrior (though they much faster than warrior)
-both sin and dit is demanded in party (haste)
-no mob skill, juz depend on speed skill
**Sin/hermit/night lord: use throwing star (like in naruto) to att, the good star cost about 10 mil at least (depend on which server u play), when u become hermit, ur main att need summon rock which cost u about 6k per rock (that makes u even broke, yeah..), att depend on star (if u keep usin subi/icicle, ur att low..u need steely/ilbi/hwabi)
**dit/chief dit/shadower: use dagger, at early lvl u get KS a lot along wit warrior since u always doin melee att, no money problem till u get meso explosion (oo, u can do 100k damage each wit meso explode and im not kidding wit this, the power of meso depends on money u throw out to use the skill, higher money=higher power)
Class juz depends on ur preference...how u like 2 play...mage generally fast lvling and especially bishop, they hav good prospect of becoming lvl 200 asap but they get weaker as they reach higher lvl (outclass from other class)...warrior at first slow but they lvl fast after 3rd or 4th job i believe...bowmen also lvl up slow during lvl 10 to 20 (some bowmen use melee att like warrior at early lvl coz of pretty bad damage w/o crit hit)..sin also fast lvl at first but they keep usin the lucky 7 till 4th job...dit lvl slow at first but they get faster when they require savage blow...
Me..playin in Bello GMS >> as hunter lvl XX hmmm.. (figure out yourself) =P
