I need help writing my resume!!!?

I'm trying to write my resume but I just found out that I have no clue about it. I have one written down, but I'm not sure how good it looks and how far it could get me. Can someone help me? Here it is: QUALIFICATION Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Technical proficiency in MS Office, Act, Win-rater, Quick-Books and Peach-tree. Excellent phone manners. Works well alone or part of a team. Exceptional organizational and planning skills. Responsive and responsible listener, always maintaining a gracious and empathetic attitude. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 12/2006- Current Company --- Boston, MA Executive Assistant Responsible for all aspect related to management and administration of the company including employees, sales and financial. (MAYBE I SHOULD ADD MORE DETAILED TASKS??) 02/2004-10/2006 Company --- Boston,MA Executive Account Representative Responsible for approximately 600 clients in all aspect of the insurance business such as auto, homes, dwelling fire and umbrella policies maintenance as well writing new businesses. 07/1998-10/2002 Company ---- Boston, MA Bilingual Administrative Assistant Responsible for answering phone calls, filling, ordering supplies, distribution of mail, scheduling and planning meetings, etc. EDUCATION 1998-2001 University of US B.A., Business Administration PLEASE HELP ME !!!!!!!!!!

Look up how to write a resume on your computer and their are different kinds that you can put this in order and you can make a copy and rearrange all your business that way.
