Good jobs in Buenos Aires- please help?

I am thinking about moving to Argentina for at least a year. I'm just worried about finding a good job- are there decent-paying jobs down there available to English speakers? While I could always teach English, I'd rather do something more challenging that will really give me good experience and references. I'm especially interested in something either health or humanitarian related. Does anyone know how I should go about looking for a job? I don't really know where to look. And do you know of general kinds of jobs that would be fitting for me? (By the time I go there I will have a degree in English from a really good school, and my grades are very good. My Spanish is not fluent but quite good, and I'm fluent in French if it would be useful.) ¡Muchos gracias!
