Every accounting job i'm looking for requires exp. How do I go about getting an Acc job without the exp?

this might sound crazy, but why don't you look for a local HR Block or Jackson Hewitt since they are recruiting people for the tax season..you can work there just for the experience...maybe like for a year..this would look great in your resume..then after that..look for a local insurance company like Prudential... More

maybe you don't. don't know the accounting field but all careers have some sort of career path that starts with an entry level position and builds on your skills as you advance... More

Start with getting experience in related fields like Payroll, Accounts receivable, Accounts payable clerks' positions. You will be getting the experience which should lead to the books of the organization.
