Jock Itch/Rash from football?

I play high school football and I keep getting a burning rash on my inner thighs after and during playing. I can't see any red because I have a darker complexion, and I don't know what to do. I don't wear a cup.

The boys in our family use a nappy-rash powder called curash. They swear by it. Also fitted boxer shorts seem to help according to the boys.

If the rash is from rubbing and not an infection then try Zinc Oxide ointment for the rash. To help prevent a rash use a medicated body powder that has zinc in it such as Gold Bond powder before you play football. My son plays sports and the zinc works for him. If the rash doesn't go away, see a doctor.
