If I may be so bold to add, they also want to make me have a child and then make me take care of it myself. They want single parents to work a minumum wage job (and work HARD) and raise a child and not offer any support whatsoever. Yeah, thanks but no thanks, Mr. Fundamentalist Right. The world is not all sunshine and rainbows--American poverty is a serious issue.
Mrs. Palin keeps trying to assert that she supports the working class when she has never had to work a minimum wage job. Her hubby never left her--she got delt all the right cards in life. These people who actually WORK for a living and raise their children on minimum wage are the REAL heroes, the ones that we need to be supporting and giving tax breaks to, not these filthy rich lobbyists.

You think it is the Government's job to protect us, right? Then why not provide Health Care to all? How many people die in combat right now? Very, very litte. How many people die of illness? Thousands every weak, MILLIONS every YEAR. Get your facts straight, you neocon. I find it ironic that you are for funding an institution (war) that is built on ending lives but not for an institution (healthcare) that is for helping lives. ::Sigh::. Two things: yes, the war is meant to protect us. However, there are more terrorists now than there were EVER before. We are at MORE of a risk. Secondly, look at the economy now . . . . Do you honestly think it can get any worse?

I have one son and three foster sons in the Army! One has already been to Iraq and one is going next month so please get real!
They like many joined because they felt it was the right thing to do. They were not forced in any way, shape or form and for you to state this question is crazy!

My dear......rich people pay PLENTY of taxes, like it or not! We just do not want to pay 50?..35?s more than our fair share...
Don't forget to say thank you to the next rich person you see. Combined they are paying for 95?f your taxes.....middle class and lower pay just 5?I feel pretty OK with that.....you?

How do you think the people back in the 1860's thought when their husbands and sons came back from the war.
