Why does the USA has the evilest health care system in the world?

Everything in the healthcare system is privatized i was travelling around Europe (France and UK) and i saw with my own eyes the amazing public health care system there is a medic in every corner you can call for medics at domicile FOR FREEu cannot blelieve it

You get what you pay for... I have paid in dearly to have EXCELLENT health care... Not only do I get Military coverage ( husband ret VN vet) I get coverage through my work as well but as I stated I have paid in up the nose to get the BEST health care... For all of the glory we profess to have, the USA is lacking in the availability of health care. Why do we spend so much money on health care itself, and yet we are ranked very poorly on birth/mortality rates?

I work in the medical field so I have a little insight to what is going on. First off, Medical only pays pennies/dollar to the hospitals for the care they cover.
