How do you stay calm for job interviews so that your confidence stays put?

*Sigh* How do you stay calm for employment interviews so that your confidence stays put??? I always get nervous right when I walk in to the office to sit down with the hiring manager. My nervousness gets to the point my brain shuts down and anything I attempt to speak of comes out all studdery which is really embarrassing. Or nothing comes out of my mouth and I can't concentrate on a response to the questions they ask. I have been going to interviews for years and still can't get a grip.

Do some research on the company where you're going for an interview. Being prepared will not only add to your confidence, but if you actually are able to ask the interviewer intelligent questions about the company, or can answer their question about "what do you know about us", you will definitely score some points...
