I have a Hollister job orientation on Sunday and what do I need to know?

I just got hired as a "impacter" at the Hollister, (probly cuz I'm only 17) and I have a job orientation on Sunday. Is there anything I need to bring, wear, know, etc.? Also what's the starting salary at the Hollister? What do I usually do during regular shifts? Is there any chance that I get promoted to become a model or assistant manager? Any serious answers will be appreciated, especially from Hollister employee. thanks
