I self harm, so something must be wrong, am on anti-depressants, just don't know why i do it now?

I've been self harming since i was 13 am now 18 earlier this year i was diagnosed with depression after a few suicide atempts, since then I have left the main thing that was stressing my life out school but now lately i have felt the urge to cut up, which i haven't felt in a while, I can't stand to tuch a box of tablets as I keep getting thoughts of suicide and even though I am earning money and in a job that i like i feel my life is at a halt. I'm really not sure wats bothering me at the moment. I hardly see anyone anymore. What is wrong with me help!
