What are my rights as a cashier at Wendys?

Recently money was taken from my register. No investigation, just pay it or take a week suspension. I also have an idea on who took it and people there are trying to sabatoge my job because I have just started there and was given the opportunity to be shift supervisor before them , they have been there awhile. I want to know what my right are and who I can contact.

For more specific answers, you will have to look into your state's employment laws. But don't get your hopes up; even if there are some... More

I would personally quit but besides that can you ask to look at the day in questions video .... when I worked at pudgies the cameras looked out over the front counter so it had a great shot of the registers.
