My husband is losing his position at his job due to a possible person not in this country legally?

person is a cdl driver and courier for a company, he can not renew is cdl drivers license because of an immigration problem. So now my husband has to give up his postion as courier(better job) and drive for this person. If he cann't get a drivers license how can he be legal to work?? Let me explain, yes he his looking for another job. But this is not right that he should have to. The only reason this person is courier is because he lost his licence do to immigration problem. It has nothing to do with job performace.
