Going for an interview at a beauty salon?

Its for a work placement for beauty college. Ive recently just bought hair extentions that go down to my boobs and I cant go out without them now so I have them in and I just started to paint my nails hot pink. Do you think I should not paint them or tone them down a bit coz im worried incase they'll think I look fake and unreliable =/
