Lithium carbonate should help you. Get an rx from a doctor.

There are some medications out on the market to help balance your bipolar disorder. Ask your doctor about them. There is lithium and Abilify to name a couple. Consult your physician to find out which is best for you as these medications need strict monitoring by a doctor.

Boyfriends don't understand the disorder, I know from experience. My guy is a big freaken idiot - blames me for my moods swings and tells me to get over it. Sometimes you really have to look at whether or not the relationship is worth it. I hope you'll have better luck than I do.
