How can you start an online business like this?

I was talking with a friend the other night and he mention to me that I should start my own business online.I have been through a couple private detective courses and have this great ability to find missing people like long lost loved ones.I helped my friend find his own father and have found friend's missing relatives and absent fathers and mothers.I would like to start a business online where I offer to find peoples long lost loved ones.I realize there are sites online that let people do this but most of the time people won't pay the 30 dollars or more to do so or are simply too lazy to look.I would like to start a website to help people find their lost loved ones for a small small fee,as I already have the software and knowledge to search. How can I start a site like this?
