what nhl jobs that dont require you to "know" how to play hockey?

just wondering, what are some jobs in a nhl club that dont require you to know how to play hockey? does a gm need to know how to play? like yes i would know all the rules just dont know how to skate and stuff.

Zamboni driver would be one. Strictly speaking, only the players are expected to play but it's a GM's responsibility to acquire the best players for the team - which isn't a skill you can pick up in a college classroom.

Equipment manager maybe but even than some knowledge of the game would definitely help!

Apparently the commissioner of the NHL job does not require you to know anything about hockey. Bettman is a moron who doesn't know a thing about hockey or running a sports league.

Pretty much nothing. You can completely suck at it but you should still know how it's done and the little things that make players great.

Any person who doesnt offer the players advice on how to improve there game, trainer, team doctor, fitness coach, towel boy, equipment manager, ect. The jobs that every team sport have do the same thing just for all kinds of activities and require almost no knowledge about the sport itself.
