What do you make of a temp job crushing grapes for a local wine company and they demand your life history?
not just resume which I submitted but long, extensive application form, questions about my career goals and willingness to relocate, where I heard about the job, etc. I find this stupid for a job where you go and crush grapes. It is not some management or government job. IT IS A TEMP JOB HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MANAGEMENT I AM NOT INTERESTED IN MANAGEMENT.
