Where do you call to report truck drivers?

This truck driver was tailgating me for 20 mins the other day almost hit me twice. There was also some debris in the road but I couldn't brake because he would've hit me. He scared me to death. I wrote down his plate # but I forgot what company he drives for. Would I call the local d*s office? There was no way I could get out of his way, I was pinned. I was going over the speed limit just to prevent him from hitting me.

Do not report him, driving a semi is a tough job requiring many hours behind the wheel each day, you gotta give them a... More

It is best to call the company he works for but you can call the DOT. or highway patrol.
