How much responsibility do Assistant Managers and/or Shift leaders have?
At a restaurant or fast food, how much do Assistant Managers or Shift leaders have to take on? I'm just wondering if with my limited experience (1-2 years) and being only 18 years old, if I could get a job such as that. and I'm wondering what I'd need to be prepared for if I did get the job. Only serious answers please.
