Why can't Bush and Cheney protect themselves the rest of their lives?

They are grown men aren't they? Why can't we just buy each one a shotgun and tell them provide their own security. It just does not seem fair after the last eight years that rest of us should be taxed to provide their pensions, security, and presidential library perks. Don't you agree? And they do claim to want to cut wasteful government spending so why not start there? Especially Dick he does not need any more. Agreed? David C thank you. I was not aware. With $400,000.00 of our taxes a year he can buy his own shotgun......He claims to be a Texan so he can learn to protect himself as well..... Phil a valid point but when did Bush or Cheney become a leader of anything?

All of his predecessors are receiving $200,000/yr. Before you scream at this, it was Bill Clinton that signed the change... More
