I have 14+ yrs in customer service management but none in health care. What can I do besides entry level work?

I'm in school attaining my MBA with a minor in health care management. I've always had a desire to work in the health field. What type of work would I be able to do having no health experience with years of management experience. I can't afford to do entry level work.

you really just need the right person to allow you the opportunity. my previous gm thought as long as you could manage people, you didn't need to know what they do (I don't really agree with that, but if you find someone like him, you're in!)

You can start in admissions and billing. Then work your way from there. Your 14 years could give you a management position which allows you to make more than someone starting at the door.
