If you had to chose between FedEx or UPS which company would you pick?

I'm not sure what they paying yet, however I have an opportunity to work for FedEx as a driver or UPS as a drivers helper. I'm schedule to go tomorrow for an interview and a drug test with FedEx and next Tuesday I'm suppose to meet with UPS for the same. It's a sure thing with FedEx because they already reviewed my application which I submitted two weeks ago.

If you were offered a perm. driver job at both definitely go with UPS pay is alot... More

FedEx typically carries lighter packages, and therefore will be less strenuous on yourself. I know UPS will work you like it's going out of style. Note sure about pay though.

Like one of us said, it might be seasonal, UPS. If you ever want to be a full time UPS courier there is a waiting list since they are union, it's based on seniority. The waiting ranges from three to seven years and some say it is worth i dont think so. The handlers at ups work their ass off and job is very tough. If... More
