What is the standarad percentage regarding tip-outs to your bartender and busser?
I just got hired at a restaurant and I was wondering how much to tip-out to my bartender and my busser?

In my day it was 5 to 10% and depended on how good of a job they performed. Ask another server.

i used to work in a restaurant and the percentage is quite small - i think i remember something under 5%. don't quote me on that though

5% but make sure your busser actually does all your bussing because mine didn't he would lounge there and watch me do it then come over to me at the end of his shift with his hand out. I told him you buss all these tables then you get your tip. He was such an a*****e.
