I was rear ended in a car accident 2 months ago?

I was rear ended in a car accident 2 months ago and am still going to Chiropractor, Physical therapy. I own my own business that requires me to use my neck and back but still cannot work because I will never heal if I do. I am in pain everyday in my neck and back still. The doctor and chiropractor fill I might always have some pain for the rest of my life. My question is whats fare to ask for in a personal injury compensation. My business will be cut to shorter hours for me also. My pain level has been between 4 and 7 still and everything I like to do is been put on hold. Anyone know how much I should seek in personal injury.? The insurance company has yet started to make any offers because I am still in care of my physicians.

You probably will see a chiropractor for many years for this. I'd suggest also doing some strengthening exercises to try and help the areas most affected. It could take you quite a few more months to get back to normal. Don't let them settle before that. Just wait until you are back to a place where you feel ok for... More

Get a lawyer to negotiate for you. Insurance companies will always try to cheap out as much as possible, so the fee for the lawyer will be worth it. You need them to get all the facts and they can help calcualte what is reasonable given all the facts.
