What type of career might allow a person to work from home?

I'm talking about a real career such as medical coder, accountant etc. Can anyone give me any other ideas for careers that might give me the option of working from home?

Lots of people work at home and make decent money. Most of these do work at home that they formerly did in an office, often for the same employer - I know four people who do that.
