Does Obama purposely want to worsen the immigration problem?

By giving money away (redistribution of wealth); Obama will create a vacuum of jobs thus attracting more immigrant workers. In order to solve the immigration problem, we need to get welfare Americans back to work. If welfare Americans would just take the jobs that those immigrants do, the immigrants will just go home. They'll have no work.
