can i internally insulate a single skin built garden shed - it is block/brick and doesnt have a cavity..?

i want to turn the garden shed into a craft workshop for my partner - it is block/brick built with no cavity, i have buttoned the inside and have used celtex/kingspan 50mm insulation boards (silver backed both sides) and in the roof i have used space blanket (silver backed). i have replaced the roof with a combination of polycarbonate and corrugated bitumen roof sheets.

Sounds to me as though you've done a really good job already. If you're considering adding even more insulation, I'd recommend the styrofoam sheets just glued to the walls and ceiling.

I would agree with Rottie Mom with the styrofoam sheets as they are fairly simple to install. Personally I think that the amount of insulation is enough.

Rigid insulation is sold in 2' x 4' pieces. It is a dense foam product and can be glued directly to the block wall.
