Do you think Katie Lea,Layla,William Regal and Paul Burchill will form a Stable?

i think they should form a Stable instead of jobbing to other superstars and Divas. Katie Lea-she's talented but she's jobbing to those who were Untalented like Kelly Kelly and Ugly Candice.
