General Liability Endorsement - Beneficiary above all other coverages?

One of my insureds is a General Contractor and has a GL policy (Harleysville) which excludes work within 50 of a railroad. Since he bid on a job within 50 feet we had to get him a project specific GL policy (Mt. Hawley) which covers work within 50 feet. So the insured is worried about a claim arrising and that Mt. Hawley would try to find everyway out and to try to find another insurance policy to attack. He is convinced that Mt. Hawley will wind up saying that Harleysville policy should react to this claim. After him researching he said that there is an endorsement out there that states something like this. "Beneficiary above all other coverages" My question is has anyone ever seen this?? If yes please let me know what the form is and if not, please let me know if there are any other endorsements that would protect him from this type of exposure. Thank you
