Are some jobs on Internet sites fictional?

Are some Administrator jobs on Internet career sites fictional? I ask this because I am utterly SICK to death of apply for these office jobs - and very rarely getting a reply. Having sent out countless CVs for many months now, without any offers of even an interview, it has led me to suspect that most of these jobs don't actually exist. What do all you other job hunters think? Have you been experiencing the same depressing, soul destroying problem?

Drive yourself to the nearest temp agencies (suggestion: Manpower, Adecco etc.) and talk to them about wanting a job. Manpower makes you take a test. Adecco I am not sure. I don't remember taking a test back in 2000. Anyways, Adecco is Office and they are well known and they are always hiring. later.

It wouldn't surprise me, when I was looking for a job earlier this year I had the same feeling. There is an agency called Search and I suspected all the jobs they posted online were fictional. I understand your frustration but all I can advise is - keep trying. Go to every agency you can think of in person and register... More
