Is it wrong to Discuss silly arguments my fiance and I have with my friends?

my fiance and i work together in a retail pharmacy and he also attends pharmacy school. I work every day while he only works one day a week when he is in school. We are really good friends with the people we work with, esp. me because they are all women. When its not busy we all chat like women usually do. well, once or twice i told them about silly arguments my fiance and i have and they all laugh... but usually its nothing personal at all. The other day at school one of RJ's classmates who works for the same company we do told us that our pharmacy had alot of customer complaints and he came home and told me how he agreed and we were a buch of smart asses.. including me sometimes. well.. i kinda took offense to this and disagreed... i think we are all quite nice. well, i told to girls in the office what he had heard... but never said he said it. When he reported to work the next day the women confronted him about what he had heard and he got reallly mad at me and called me to chew me out and told me i need to keep our conversation between us only. I feel like shit and want to cry but at the same time... i didnt think this was personal and i told the ladies that it wasnt him who said it. what do i say to him... am i really that wrong?

Yes. If it bothers him, it is wrong. All you can do is apologize and show him you respect him but not talking about negative aspects of your personal life to others...especially those who will turn around and act as though he is a criminal... More
