Job Interview - How do you research before?
I have been shortlisted for an interview as a Project Administrator with my local NHS Trust - Mental Health Team. I previously had an interview with the NHS and was asked if I was familiar with what they done in that department and I was not prepared. Therefore I dont want to make the same mistake twice so how would you find out more about the department before the interview?

ring up and ask for information to be sent out to you and ask whether this information is accessible through the internet.

Do Not call them and ask for information like #1 said! That is not the professional thing to do at all.. they have more on their plate then explaining themselves to a possible employee.. You are already on the net so do some research! You don't have to know the whole life story.. just bits and pieces. =)
