Paying another company to find me a job?
I'm looking for a new job, and I'm constantly approached by career service companies that want to charge ME a fee to help me find jobs in the unpublished market. I've heard that this is not a good way to go. Any advise on this would be helpful.

I would steer clear of this, as employment agencies will do this on your behalf for no extra charge to you! They get paid from the company they match you up with.
