What struggles do female jockeys face?

I would like to know what are particular struggles and problems that female jockeys have to deal with in todays horse racing society before I finalize if I truly want to attend the jockey school in KY. Or if I would be better off grooming stallions at a stud farm. I wanted to be a jockey for 5 years now and I have to perfect build to be one.
