How do I become a Marketing Manager?
I'm thinking about becoming a Marketing Manager, but I don't know how I would get to that position. I'm probably going to major in Business Administration, but where do I go from there? Is there an entry level job that you start at before moving on to becoming a Marketing Manager? Also, Is there a difference between these 4 job titles: Advertisement Manager, Advertisement Director, Marketing Manager, or Marketing Director? I'm a little confused. What/how much education would be best for this position? Please help. Any advice is appreciated.

Get a college degree in Marketing and some experience managing a successful market. Don't expect to just walk into a Management position straight away. You have to earn the right to manage other people...unless you or your dad own the company... More
