Who are the best authors of romantic novels?

I'm just beginning to read romantic novels. To be honest, the steamier the better. So far I have read some Carly Phillips ones, as well as a Susan Andersen one. Any other authors that are both easy to find at your average store and really good (aka hot)? Also, it has to be modern/current, I'm not really into the knights or cowboys of the Wild West etc. Let me know, thanks! PS Specific books (if they are really easy to find right now) are fine to mention too.

Some of my favorite "really good" authors are Diana Palmer,Gina Wilkins, Fayrene Preston, Susan Grant, Linda Howard and Nora Roberts. It should be very easy to get books by these award-winning authors. Enjoy.
