Why is it that India is creating thousands of programming jobs, but Canada is losing jobs in the same field?
I just heard that Info-Sys , a large computer company plans to tripple its number of programmers over the next 3 years. How come we don't get exponential growth here in our job markets?

Bottom line for companies in North America and Europe is that they save on the cost and there is an availability of more or less a similar talent pool in India.
