Are the Russians drunk underwater in their submarines ?

Ok, I love these military questions... The Russians have had yet another accident with a submarine when a freon system deployed and killed 20 men. Has vodka been banned yet while driving nuclear submarines or is their equipment that decrepit?

there are STANDARD safety things on US subs that are not standard on Russian subs, and yes, that includes smoking and drinking. and the equipment is decrepit. The air on a Russian sub is said to be terrible, mostly due to the smoking.

...if they'd only stop buying their subs from the "$5 footlong menu" they'd have much more success.

They were probably drunk and sexually abusing the new recruits which often happens in the Russian armed forces. Oh I bet my 1986 ZX commodore probably has more processing power then a Russian submarine

the frion system has been activated by the sailor when all slept. will judge him. Not clear what for he has made it. That in submarines drink delirium (as in film è-19) conversations on that are. It is the tribunal. They can drink in houm but not in a boat. This boat new. In 2009 it will be taken advantage.
