Please suggest which technical skill is better these days to get employment in usa?

I am a homemaker and mother of a 6 months old baby. I am planning to take a course so that I can get a job easily. I have 3+ years of experience as a mainframe developer. Now I am planning to change my career but not sure on which one. Please suggest me. Thank you!! I already got my H1B stamped.

Depending on what type of development you want to do you will want to make sure you have experience with SQL, oracle forms, java, .NET, c++ and other programming languages.

Unless you have a masters degree, it is very hard to get your H-1B visa.

That's a pretty broad question without knowing more background. Do you know how to use Excel and Microsoft Word? Or are you talking about using CAD and other design programs?
