Have you ever felt like new employees at your job didn't work as hard?

To get a position higher than you? One of my co workers is a Tax accountant who worked here for 4 years. This new employee who was here less than 2 years is a Tax accountant manager, and he isn't happy. Aside from that, has that happened to you? Do you feel like some one just came to out do you on your job? I wouldn't show up a Starbucks trying to out Latte people.

I know people who didn't work THAT hard to where they got, or got where they were because of a family member working there.
