How do I block only certain websites without blocking everything on the internet?

It's silly to say but I'm practically addicted to certain websites that I know I shouldn't be looking at when I'm at work. I need the internet for my job so I can't get rid of it altogether but websites such as myspace or perezhilton I'd like to block on my work computer so I'm not tempted to look at them at work. Is that possible?
