I am not sure if you meant SR 2, 500 or SR 25,000. Anyway, it is all really easy $1 = SR 4. Soooo, an example would be if you make SR10,000 monthly you would make about 2,500. Easy right... More

Yes, its quite fair already considering the global crisis we are experiencing nowadays. It also depends on what country you came from and the exchange rate of your currency with SAR. Your salary is already your full income because accommodation and foods are free and there's no taxes deducted and most company offers... More

you should get a minimum of 5000 SR apart from food and accomodation. the life and working conditions in Saudi during summers is tough, if you are having a field or plant job. So don't settle for 2500 SR

These questions are difficult to answer. "Fair" is a relative term, a Senior Expat Executive Engineer makes 3000 to 4000 SR a day. My gardener gets 500 SR a month from his company. The decision is to equate your current situation to what is being offered. It doesn't matter if it is fair, is it good for you?

No this is not fair; you should offered double that for this profession.
Answered By: moaman69 - 12/21/2008, you've been offered an extra SR500 from SR2000. its a good sign, maybe you could dig more to your employer and gives you at least SR3000-SR3500 starting monthly salary.....good luck!
