I have a HR Degree, I need work permit visa here in USA. What visa can somebody sponsor for me?

My Visa status is H4, What should i do? Who sponsors for Non-IT candidates Can H1B VISA holders apply for HR jobs?. Please help me with these questions i will be grateful to you. Thanks.

For an H1 the job must be directly related to the degree..... HR degree = HR job. That's a requirement.

An HR degree from a non-US school is not likely to be valuable here. You would need to find an employer who is willing to sponsor you; and to do that, they would have to show that your skills are different to the ones available locally. They would have to advertise the position locally, interview local candidates, and... More

H4 is spouse of H1, yes? You're not eligable for a work permit. You can apply to change status if you can find an employer to sponsor you. The type of employment is irrelevant: H1 is not an "IT visa" - HR is perfectly fine. It simply has to be specialized and something they can't find in the US.

There are far too many US grads for the HR jobs available now. Thus, it may be essentially impossible for you to get an H-1B with a degree in HR. Why would a company spend $5,000 getting you an H-1B when they can get an American with no trouble. HR is not like IT or engineering... More
