Beginner in HR at my job and looking for good resources to learn about the field?
I am an HR Manager with a small firm, and it has only been a few months at my job. I feel this is a very responsible position and I have a lot to learn. Can someone point me to some good resources where I can learn about this field? I am more of a generalist. Thank you so much.
