Read me if you have ten free minutes for me!!!! It’s very important to me!!!!?

I was planning to share some of my things that just got happening with me but when ever I try sharing with anyone either I got crazy or he / she got crazy. It is because most of my family members and friends don’t believe the things that I believe or in a way as I believe.

I was very good Marshal Art player and used to exercise for so many hours suddenly three years back when we were shifted to our father’s house, I got a serious sickness and went on bed for 2 weeks. It was my first disease after a long time (after my childhood) that had pained me much. After a year again I suffered in the same way during this time my body was just melting like an ice rock. I was also feeling this but rest of people could not guess. To recover my weakness I have been using medicines and good food but my health was going down day by day. Finally I got admitted in hospital and recovered after one month treatment from the hospital.

In these three year especially last two years a strange things started happening with me as I count them one by one as under:-

I had never believed Magic, Astrology and Palm Reading but I started research on it and trying to find out the truth about it and got believed that there is existence of all these things and they influence the human as they could also influence plants and rest of animals. I also tell you all these subjects are strongly prohibited (not allowed) in my religion.

I started predicting (forecasting) about future and I have had whatsoever predicted yet, went 99 ?orrect.

The most important thing that started happening with me was, sometime I feel that the work I am doing, the same has been done by me before this time and I am just repeating the same work or I feel I have done the same activity in my dream. I give you an example. The day before yesterday while I was just typing “Investment Plan” I felt that I have already typed it and sort out the mistakes even but the real thing is this that for the person I was typing have never met me before and its first time I was doing some work for him but I am sure the same typing I have already done somehow, where I have done and why I have done I don’t know.

Now I tell you one thing very strange that yesterday I planned to ask this question on Yahoo answer and at same time I felt that I have ask the same question on yahoo answer. The thing which turns me think that if I had asked this question why I don’t get the answers or why there is no record of it with me because I keep every thing in written with me or on my PC or Flash Drive.

It’s something with me for last two years I don’t know what should I do? Now I am getting better I started Gym and now planning for Marshal Art too but this, a new thing in my life is very strange to me. My religion does not allow me even to share such things with any one. Hand reading and Astrology are prohibited (not allowed) in Islam. I don’t know what I may do? If you have any suggestion kindly?

Well, it seems you are in for a long ride with the problems you are having. |Except that if I were you, I would not consider them as problems. they are part of life. Of course, you ought not to take everything as it comes, although it is said that everything that happens in life is for the best.

The time when you were shifted to your father's house and you fell ill. it may be that the atmosphere of the house did not suit you. This does happen sometimes. I remember when I was checking out houses for a friend of mine(and one with whom I have many similarities in spite of our different faiths), I felt very ill at ease when I entered one house. My friend felt the same and I urged her not to take the house though it was one of the best that we had found. What it was that caused that uneasiness I have never understood even till today. That fact that you got well in hospital after one month may be another indication that the house is not meant for you. I suppose, though, that by now you must have got used to it, though I suppose there must be some occasions on which you do not feel quite comfortable there.

Palm reading and astrology may be useful if the person predicting is genuine. There are so many so-called palm-readers or astrologers who fool people through their false predictions. In Hinduism, we believe in the influence of planets and I myself have a ring with the nine principle planets which is for protection, and I can say it works. I do feel a sense of security when it's on my finger. I do not believe much in magic. If you are predicting of yourself and do a pretty good job of it, why stop if it makes you feel better, although it is prohibited in your religion.

You may have some power of telepathy. In fact everybody has it but it is more dominant in some people. as may the case with you. I know that in Islam, you do not believe in re-incarnation or rebirth and things like that, but Hinduism does. The situation you described, of you typing something and feeling you have typed it before and feeling as though you have met the person before would be classes as you past impressions in Hinduism. You may have met the person in your last birth, so in this birth you feel an affinity to him. It is nothing to worry about.

About your thinking you have asked a question before or not, it may be that you thought about it before, but had no chance to carry it out and forgot about it apparently but your subconcious recorded that impression and made you feel as though you had typed that question on Y!A before.

You say that Islam prohibits palm reading and astrology. Hinduism, for one, prohibits nothing. I believe that whatever religion we belong to, God is God. As long as you heart is pure and you can love God, there is nothing to fear.

I believe that if you think palm reading and astrology is good for you and helping you, go ahead with it. You are doing nothing wrong as long as it is for yourself and is doing you no harm. Whenever you have anything to share, just ask your question on Y!A. After all, we're here to help and to share. Taking up your martial arts and starting gym will definitely be a booster to you.

Hope this helps!

It has always been my feeling that faith is supposed to prop a person up.... not hold them down. You must do what is right for you and as long as that does not harm others your god whoever he may be will be happy with you.

xqnax...this is obviously someone for whom english is not their first language, they have done a good job of getting their point across. why be rude to them? also before criticising someones spelling you should check your own....spelt? do you mean spelled?

I suggest continuing to grow as a person. I have known others who believe in Islam. It is hard to break out from what is "normal." All you can do is believe in yourself and take your good opportunities when they come.
Answered By: Morgaine - 12/25/2008
To be honest I think palm reading and astrology are cults. It is just good guesses thats all. I also think its evil. I think that what may come tomorrow needs to be known by only God no one else. Just don't do anything about it because its all in your head.
Answered By: Ash Tave Milyu - 12/25/2008
I'm certainly no expert in this area. I just want to point out I have met people with certain gifts and things and I believe that is real. I believe you.
However some people seem to be working on the side of good, and other people seem to get their "gifts" from a more evil darker place, wherever that is. I am just saying that it seems to me, for some reason, that this world is being torn apart by good and evil forces. Whatever you are tapping into, make sure it is from the good side, if you can.
Answered By: yazzy - 12/25/2008
Don't get me wrong but this is not the right section for you to ask this. Not that I don't welcome your question, but it's just that I think your question needs answers from more knowledgeable people. Try asking at the religions section and you may get more reliable answers.

Hand reading is not prohibited in Islam. It's predicting the future that is prohibited. If you read hands to see your health problems or see people's personalities, it's a totally different thing (and you can really do that you know). And the feelings you described sounds more like a deja vu, which can be explained by science. Try doing some research about that.

My advice is ask yourself why do you embrace Islam in the first place? Do you find truth in it? I'm a Muslim myself and there had been a lot of things that I didn't understand about the religion. I used to wonder why eating pigs and having sex before marriage are not allowed etc etc. As I got older, I try to find the answers from people who know better and now I can see reasons why God dictated this and that. I've found most answers to my childish questions, although there are still some left to be answered. I'm not so very devout, I'm sad to say. But I've found no reason to doubt the religion's teachings. So even if I still don't get why some things are prohibited, I believe there's always a good reason to it as I know that God knows what humans don't, and only He knows what's best for us.

So if you believe in your religion, try finding the answers so that you won't have anymore doubts. There must be a reason to why all this things happened to you. Who says you cannot talk about such things to anyone? Maybe it's because you have a different culture but in my culture, it's ok to seek advice and talk about problems like this to other Muslims. Storing it inside will not solve the problems. But then of course, you'll have to talk to someone suitable.

Good luck to you, and I really mean it.

So today I went in for an interview and I was going in for the 2nd interview by the head chief executive. now this is where it got weird, so she asked me about my previous jobs and said how much she liked that product over that product. then she started talking about her daughter? an her divorce ...then how she didn't finish college because she was making more money doing what she did for this company ... then she talked about how her teenage daughter is a handful... I just played it cool thinking she was using some sort of psychology thing to trick me into saying something stupid. the interview ended and she seemed happy an I was escorted to the door... now I'm freaking confused? is this normal behavior for an executive? like it felt like she was going to burst into tears at one point and tell me her life problems... is this normal? was she trying to see how I react or something?

Basically- no degree, although I have tried completing one in the past and stopped because of physical and mental health issues which were overwhelming to deal with along with going to classes full time. I'm not stupid and I am quite articulate. I am 23 and have only worked for about two years retail in high school and stopped working to go to university. I worked a few months in 2010 retail after I dropped out but it was only a seasonal position, and the only reason why I have not been able to constantly work is because of mental health issues. I had also tried going back to community college during my free time since i left university in 2008/9 and I had panic attacks while in community college, which made my anxiety worse from then on. Well recently I met a good doctor and he prescribed me some meds that are stabilizing my moods and I feel the best I've felt in years, and I'm ready to work. Thing is, I don't know how to get a job now since I've spent literally years being depressed and anxious doing nothing. I don't really have anything to put on my resume, and I never finished my AA degree either. All I've done is cashiering and although I do the job well and I get promoted easily when I do these jobs because I'm a hard worker and I try to go above and beyond what they ask of me,which is the attitude I have no matter what kind of work I'm doing as long as I'm getting paid. But I hate cashiering because it's too easy and I want a job that is more interesting. Any suggestions for me on how to get a job that is NOT Retail with the type of background I have right now? I also realize I have to go to college to get certain types of jobs, I am talking about what I can do right here right now.

Recently I have overlooked for a project at work and I am unable to accept it why? I am hard working, dedicated, maintain a very professional decorum, very cordial with my colleagues and bosses, give respect to one and all. Still people who take the p***, argue with managers, gossip mongers have been selected for some very responsible positions at work. I seriously can't get my head around it why, why unprofessional people who have no work ethics being selected over me, whereas I have a track record of excellent performance and never shy away from any work my manager ask me to do? I am at my lowest point and not getting hold of my manager to ask the question why not me, why them who can't even bother? I am feeling like a complete loser, giving years to this place, building my performance, trust and this is how I get rewarded. Why my life is so shit, anything I wish for turns to dust?

So I have a nice white button up shirt, business skirt and pants, and a suit jacket. I'm applying for a software development job and I'm very short and can look young so I'm trying to look adult, yet professional. I'm also attractive so I'm trying not to look too sexy. For the career fair I'm thinking of wearing just my nice shirt and a skirt with low heels. My reasoning being it's approachable and attractive without going overboard since the career fair hosts are mostly younger male recent grads. I want to be remembered but not intimidating. For my interviews I was thinking pants, suit jacket (power suit). My reasoning being it'll be older execs and HR people (mostly women) so less sexy with the pants but more powerful with the suit jacket. What do you think?!

How do I get my name out there? How much do event planners charge for their services?
